Rich Sogge – Owner

Rich began working in the excavating field at Elmers at 19.  In 1994 when his parents bought Belangers Excavating he began working for the family.  Now with 20 years experience in the excavating field, there is no job he can’t do.  As a family man he cares deeply about his community, and is committed to quality work no matter what size the job, and often donates work for special community projects.

 

Mandy Sogge – Owner/Office Manager

Mandy has been working in the construction field for over 10 years, and has extensive knowledge in all areas of the 3 companies.  You can expect that after running her family, and the business your job will be handled efficiently, and with the utmost care.

We are lucky to have three of the most experienced and talented foreman in the excavating business.  Between them they share over 40 years of experience.  With that experience comes peace of mind knowing your project is getting done right and on time!
